BeaconOS watches each pack and each vessel, then rolls that up across the fleet: live state of charge, energy per trip, battery health and charge scheduling.
Real-time network monitoring
Voltage, current, temperature, and state of charge per module, streamed from the CAN bus via the BeaconOS gateway. Every node visible at all times, from any device.
Reconfiguration event logging
Every autonomous reconfiguration event, its trigger, the module involved, the new topology, and the vehicle response, is timestamped and logged to the module’s digital identity record.
Digital battery identity
Every module has a persistent identity. Its full lifecycle, swaps, charge cycles, fault events, reconfigurations, is recorded and searchable.
Predictive health scoring
State-of-health trends, degradation rate analysis, and end-of-life forecasting per module. BeaconOS flags modules approaching replacement thresholds before they become operational issues.
Charge schedule optimisation
Time-of-use tariff awareness, solar yield integration, and fleet demand forecasting combine to minimise energy cost while guaranteeing modules are ready when vehicles need them.
Emergency shutdown
Manual at the station and remote through BeaconOS. Safety-critical actions run on CAN bus, never through the cloud.
